Social Media & Digital Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate, creative, hard-working and organized individual that takes initiative and thinks outside the box.  Must be able to work in a high output efficient setting. Highly organized habits and a sense of humor are a must. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager.  This position is based in Atlanta, Georgia.  

The job: 

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator who can enhance and grow our brand through all social media platforms. You will be responsible for all content planning across all channels. You will be required to collect and review social media data to develop effective content. Additional responsibilities will include working with the creative team assisting in photo shoots, organizing local events, creating content and social initiatives based on product launches, promotions, and various other needs. The ideal candidate will have a design, communications, or media related bachelor’s degree, an excellent eye for detail, have copywriting experience and be highly creative while also being open to feedback + the evolution of our brand. The position requires the ability to multitask while having excellent time management skills.

What you will do:  

  • Manage the social calendar for all social media platforms with daily posts + stories to Instagram and Facebook. 
  • Working ahead of time to get all work approved and scheduled and to coincide with other marketing campaigns. 
  • Ensure all content and copy supports the brand voice both with copy and visuals working with the creative team to ensure accuracy.
  • Encourage social media action through engagement with customers both on ads, posts, story reactions, direct messages etc.
  • Work with Marketing Manager to explore + execute influencer/affiliate campaigns that promote the brand’s core values + drive social growth.
  • Explore other relevant channels that could increase sales. This includes but is not limited to being comfortable on camera to create Reels, TikTok videos etc. and keeping up with the latest trends and developments up-and-coming platforms.
  • Increase revenue directly attributed to organic social. 
  • Implement and monitor social platforms with key benchmarks/ KPIs in order to measure the impact and effectiveness of social media efforts.
  • Report progress with all relevant KPIs to Marketing Manager and CEO.
  • Manage all tasks on channels including giveaways, weekend posting and  sharing user gen content.
  • Working with the creative team on special projects as needed.
  • Respond to or resolve all inquiries with our Customer Experience team in a timely manner.   

What it takes: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years experience ideally with a fashion or gift brand
  • Strong copywriting skills a must
  • Strong video & photo creation/editing skills 
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite + Canva
  • Experience working in Shopify is ideal
  • Passion for lifestyle content and understanding of brand integrity
  • Resourceful, can-do attitude that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment - we’re a small biz and we all wear a variety of hats
