Title: Product Merchandising Coordinator

Full Time/Part Time: Full Time

Location: Decatur, GA (In-Office)

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a Product Merchandise Coordinator to support our product development and merchandising teams by managing samples, coordinating with vendors, overseeing SKU setup, and ensuring a seamless transition from product development to e-commerce. This in-office role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to take on a variety of tasks to support our growing business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Product Development & Sample Coordination

Organize and track product samples, ensuring all revisions and approvals align with brand standards.
Communicate with vendors to manage production timelines, revisions, and final approvals.
Maintain accurate product data, including specifications, pricing, and packaging details.
Work cross-functionally with design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth execution of new product launches.

Operations & SKU Management

Oversee the SKU creation and setup process, ensuring accuracy across internal systems.
Manage product attributes, pricing, and categorization in alignment with merchandising strategies.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure proper inventory tracking and product availability.
Ownership of product sample distribution to trade shows biannually

E-Commerce Merchandising & Product Launches

Assist in setting up new products on our e-commerce platform, including product descriptions, imagery, and categorization.
Ensure products are merchandised effectively online to optimize sales and customer experience.
Work with the marketing team to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in product merchandising, product development, or e-commerce operations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, with experience coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory management tools.
Passion for fashion, accessories, and bold, handcrafted designs is a plus!
