BRAND QUESTIONS

Unfortunately, our team here isn’t nearly as skilled as the artisan women who originally crafted your jewelry in India. Because of this, we are unable to repair worn accessories at our offices.

The metal used in our products, earring hooks, brass earrings, etc. is natural brass! Our brass is high-quality, nickel- and lead-free which makes it hypoallergenic. A win for folks with sensitive ears!

Believe it or not sand! These little glass beauties begin as sand and then are melted at an incredibly high temperature and molded into glass tubes. The glass tubes are then cut down and tumbled with various materials to create their round shape! 

All of our pieces are designed in Atlanta, Georgia then handmade by skilled artisan women in India that we’re lucky enough to work with. Each piece is truly a work of art. 

We're so glad you asked! Inspiration comes from a wide array of places such as architecture we see while traveling, home decor trends, as well as shapes and color found in nature. Each silhouette is designed in-house by our team and is brought to life across the globe by skilled artisan women in India using centuries-old techniques. It's such a joy watching our designs go from concept to real life pieces worn by individuals all over the world.

We’re glad you asked! Your effortlessly cool pieces will thrive if you keep these points in mind:

• They aren’t made for catching z’s with you, so please refrain from wearing them to bed. 

• Perfumes + lotions give them headaches - it’s best to keep seed beads + brass away from chemicals that are often found in these smell-good products. 

• They don’t play well with rubber duckies, so please remember to remove them before bathing. 

• They aren’t big fans of cardio, go ahead and leave these cuties behind while hitting the gym. 

• They prefer to stay dry - do your best to avoid swimming pools + rain while sporting your new beauties. 

• They’re big fans of safe storage! Due to the nature of handmade products, it’s best to keep your pieces in a jewelry box away from toddlers, cats + vacuums.

SHIPPING + RETURNS

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear you’re not keeping your accessories. Simply follow this link to start the return process. 

Following the tracking number is the easiest way to stay in the know with your returned item. This should have been emailed to you after you filled out the information on our return portal. We do our best to process returns as soon as we receive them. Once your product is in-house + processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your refund. 

Once your return has been received and processed, it may take between 5-10 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement. Refunds are applied via the original form of payment. Keep in mind that if you paid with Apple Pay, refunds will appear as a balance in your Apple Pay account (not the credit card you used).

We typically don’t accept returns after 30 days. However, we’re human, too, and know that sometimes life happens. Shoot us an email at hello@inkalloy.com and we will consider your circumstances.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept the return of sale or ‘last chance’ items. However, if you simply used a discount code on your order, you can certainly return your item for the price you paid!

No, unfortunately, shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Good question! We’ll send an E-Gift Card loaded with your refund amount to your email.

Simply return the item to the place you originally purchased it from. We’ll work with the local boutique to remedy the situation on our end. 

ORDERS

Time is of the essence here! Please call us immediately at 404-963-5354 between 9 am to 5 pm EST, M-F so that we can catch your package in time to make the change and ensure it gets to the correct place. For orders placed Saturday + Sunday, please email us at hello@inkalloy.com with your order number + correct shipping address.

We sure do! Simply add gift wrap to any item you’d like by checking the box under each item that you would like gift wrapped at checkout. Be sure to add a note at checkout if you want two separate items wrapped individually or together so our shipping team knows just how to pack your order!

If you’re not in love with the earrings you received this month, you’re sure to be the best gift-giver in your friend group. Unfortunately, our subscription service has a no-take-backsies policy.

No problem! Simply log in to your account at the top of our website + navigate to your subscription on the left-hand side. Once you've selected the subscription number, you can skip a month, pause, or cancel your subscription altogether. You can also make updates to your payment method + delivery address, too!

No problem! This is a simple fix. You can create an account at the top of our website using the email address used when purchasing your subscription. Then, your order history + subscription management will become active. From there, you can manage your subscription + track any future orders from the convenience of your couch.
